Call whisper plays a message to the receiver before they answer the call. The receiver can press a confirm key to answer the call.
  1. Drag and drop the Call Forward component onto the canvas.
  2. On the Configuration tab, under Call Screening Options, tick the Confirm Prompt checkbox.
  3. Enter a message, select the language and voice to use, and select the confirm key from the drop-down list.
  4. Click on Validate to save the settings.
