- Number types: Landline series for non-BFSI (service/transactional only); 140-series for promotional calls (additional setup required); 160-series for BFSI service and transactional calls (additional setup required)

Common rejection reasons:
- Submitting only one document (both a business registration certificate and a tax registration document are required)
- COI not issued by MCA, or Udyam certificate not issued by MSME
- Missing CIN or Udyam Registration Number
- Business name mismatch between the registration certificate and the tax registration document

- Click Create Application
- Select India and click Continue
- Upload your business registration certificate (COI or Udyam) and your tax registration document (Business PAN or GST Certificate)
- Select business type (Direct Brand or Reseller)
- Submit

Update Compliance on Existing Numbers
Use this when a number is transferred between customers or the business entity using the number changes. Option 1:- Go to Active Numbers
- Select numbers
- Click Choose Action > Update Compliance
- Select compliance application
- Click Save
- Click on specific number
- Select compliance from dropdown
