# Callbacks

> Receive status change callbacks for toll-free verification requests

A callback with the status of the verification request is sent to the callback\_url (if specified) whenever there is a change in status as follows:

* toll-free verification status changes from SUBMITTED to APPROVED, REJECTED, or UPDATE\_REQUIRED.
* toll-free verification status changes from UPDATE\_REQUIRED to APPROVED or REJECTED.
